Important Booking Information

We recommend booking a complimentary consult with our Patient Liaison if you are not yet a Vytalis patient.

Already know what you’re looking for? You are welcome to book shockwave therapy directly. Please note that preferred pricing is available for block bookings of 6 or 12 sessions, contact us to know more.

All new patients will receive a courtesy call prior to their first visit to confirm your goals of care and ensure that your experience begins before you walk through our door.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If we do not receive proper notice or an appointment is missed entirely, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. This fee must be processed prior to the further scheduling of appointments.

If you are on a payment plan, please note that while you are able to re-schedule visits without incurring any additional fees, we are unable to change payment plan dates.

We ask that if you are not feeling well, or exhibiting any flu-like symptoms, that you kindly contact us to reschedule your upcoming appointment

Vidya is a compassionate Registered Social Worker who provides psychotherapy support to individuals navigating stress, life transitions, relationships, and the emotional impact of health-related concerns. She has a particular interest in supporting men as they explore challenges related to confidence, identity, emotional well-being, and adjustment to life changes.

She believes each person’s experience is unique and works collaboratively to help clients better understand their emotions, patterns, and relationships in a supportive and non-judgmental space.

Vidya brings over five years of clinical experience, with a background in grief and bereavement, caregiver stress, trauma, boundaries, and navigating complex life and relationship transitions.

Outside of her work, Vidya enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her curious co-therapists, Bentley the Yorkie-poo, and Cooper the Malti-poo.
